We are looking for a service-oriented employee for store & customer service. Are you our next gold star in our wonderful team at Annika Gustavsson Jewelry in Visby?

We are expanding our team and are looking for you with relevant experience/education from service and sales.
As we grow our e-commerce, the role will also involve online customer service via our communication channels and handling web orders. You will therefore need to have good computer skills and be confident communicating via email and telephone.

As a person, you are confident in yourself, responsible, meticulous, solution-oriented, social and results-oriented, and like to work both independently and in a team, as well as working based on set goals.
You will be a key player in delivering customer experiences to our fantastic customers through professionalism and knowledge of our range and services (of course we will train you). What we are looking for in you is that you have a passion for service and sales, are responsive and committed to meeting our customers and contribute to our positive energy in the team.

The role involves creating a high-quality experience for the customer, which includes being able to present and package our jewelry in a beautiful way, as well as being involved in signage and creating a welcoming store environment. You therefore need to have a natural sense of style, design, color and shape, as well as order and order.
Working in a smaller company also means being able to help each other with both big and small things, which means we are looking for someone who is flexible, versatile, non-prestigious and has the ability to see both detail and the whole.

In your role, you may also, if necessary, assist our goldsmiths with simpler tasks in our production.

Since the role involves a lot of customer contact both in store and via digital channels, you need to be a good communicator and be fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

In addition to the above criteria, it is a great advantage if you also have experience in one or more of the following areas:

* Worked in a store, preferably with premium products.
* Worked in various digital tools and platforms such as Zettle, Shopify and Google-Drive.
* Experience in the areas of purchasing & inventory management.
* Distribution and communication with retailers.
* Experience with editing tools and creating content (images & text) to produce various types of communication materials.
* Speaks several languages, especially German.

Extent:
Start: April 1, 2025 or as agreed.
Scope of service: 50-100% and also includes some Saturdays.
We are open to discussing a varied scope of the position. However, it is important that you can work full days (8 hours) and have the opportunity to work more during peak season and be able to support the team in case of illness/holidays.

Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
You will work in our shop and forge located in beautiful premises in Visby Innerstad.
