We continue to grow and are now looking for staff for our new store in Stockholm!

This autumn we open the doors to our new store on Södermalm in Stockholm, and we are looking for someone who wants to join our team and grow with us. We are looking for someone who loves meeting people and has relevant experience from service and sales. Experience of working in a store is desirable, and experience with premium products is an advantage. But the most important thing is that you enjoy meeting people and are passionate about creating memorable customer experiences with that little extra.

As a person you are secure in yourself, responsible, thorough, solution-oriented, sociable and results-driven, you enjoy working both independently and in a team, and you like working towards set goals.

We would like you to have a natural feeling for style, design, colour and form, as well as order and structure, as part of creating a welcoming and inspiring store environment and customer experience.

Working in a small company also means helping out with things both large and small, so we are looking for someone flexible, versatile and unpretentious, with an ability to see both the detail and the whole.
The role involves a great deal of customer contact, so you need to be a good communicator and master both Swedish and English, spoken and written. Additional languages are a merit.

As we are a small company on a growth journey, we would welcome further skills that strengthen our team and that you want to keep developing.
Do you have experience and knowledge in areas such as communication and marketing, social media or events? Or are you a goldsmith, stone setter, gemstone expert or otherwise trained and knowledgeable in the goldsmith trade and in jewelry?

Our aim is to build a team and fill roles that as a whole contribute to the development of the business, but also that the right people should see an opportunity to develop within the business and within the areas they are passionate about.
We also place great weight on personal qualities and will be flexible and attentive in our recruitment process, focused on finding the right people who want to and can grow with us. We are therefore open to fine-tuning role descriptions, scope of positions and so on to make the most of our shared development.

Since our brand and our jewelry have their history in Gotland, we would like you to have some connection to the island, or to love Gotland as we do. Knowing the beautiful, singular nature of Gotland and being able to convey the feeling of the island is an important part of creating the authenticity we want to share with our customers.

About the positions

Number of positions & scope: We will fill 2–3 full-time/part-time positions depending on the profiles we meet during the recruitment process.
We are primarily looking for people who want and are able to work full time, but we also need part-time support for evenings, weekends, high season and periods of illness.
Permanent staff will also work weekends according to a schedule.

Start: 1 October 2026 or by agreement.
Permanent employment with a six-month probationary period, and hourly employment for additional staff.
Location: The Södermalm store, Stockholm.

Annika Gustavsson Jewelry is a Gotland jewelry store and goldsmith's workshop in Visby with a growing online business in Sweden and internationally. We are now also opening a store in Stockholm. We offer jewelry and collections designed by master goldsmith Annika Gustavsson, an exclusive range of engagement and wedding rings, as well as repairs and remodelling. We are also stocked by retailers across the country.
