This autumn, we are opening the doors to our new store in Södermalm, Stockholm, and are now looking for someone who wants to join our team and grow with us! We are looking for someone who loves personal interactions and has relevant experience in service and sales. Experience working in a retail store is desirable, and experience with premium products is also beneficial. But the most important thing is that you enjoy meeting people and are passionate about creating memorable customer experiences with that little extra!

As a person, you are self-assured, responsible, meticulous, solution-oriented, sociable, and results-driven. You also enjoy working both independently and in a team, as well as working towards set goals.
We would like you to have a natural sense of style, design, color, and form, as well as order and tidiness, as part of creating a welcoming and inspiring store environment and customer experience.
Working in a smaller company also means being able to help out with both big and small tasks, which is why we are looking for someone who is flexible, versatile, humble, and has the ability to see both detail and the bigger picture.
The role involves a lot of customer contact, which means you need to be a good communicator and proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is also an advantage if you speak more languages.

Since we are a smaller company on a growth journey, we welcome it if you have additional skills to strengthen our team and want to continue to develop within them.
Do you have experience and knowledge in areas such as communication and marketing, for example, social media and events? Or are you a goldsmith, stone setter, gemstone expert, or otherwise trained and knowledgeable in the jewelry industry?

Our goal is to build a team and fill roles that, as a whole, can contribute to the development of the business, but also for the right people to feel an opportunity to develop within the business and within their areas of expertise that they are passionate about.
We also place great importance on personal qualities and will be flexible and responsive in our recruitment process with a focus on finding the right people who want to and can grow with us! Therefore, we are open to fine-tuning job descriptions, scope of services, etc., to optimize opportunities for mutual development!

Since our brand and our jewelry have a history connected to Gotland, we would like you to also have a connection to and/or love Gotland, just as we do. Knowing the beautiful and unique nature of Gotland and being able to convey the feeling from the island is an important part of creating the brand authenticity we want to spread and share with our customers.

About the positions

Number of positions & scope:  We will fill 2-3 full-time/part-time positions based on the relevant profiles we meet in our recruitment process.
Primarily, we are looking for people who want and can work full-time, but we also need to supplement with extra part-time staff based on needs, such as evenings, weekends, high season, and during illness.
Regular staff will also work weekends according to schedule.

Start: October 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period and hourly employment for extra staff.
Location: Store Södermalm, Stockholm.

We offer jewelry and collections designed by master goldsmith Annika Gustavsson, an exclusive range of engagement & wedding rings, as well as repairs and redesigns. We are also available through retailers across the country.
