2. Order and agreement
When you add an item to the website's shopping cart and make the payment, you enter into an agreement with Annika Gustavsson Jewelry AB. The agreement is considered fulfilled when the order confirmation has been sent.
Always check the quantity, size and delivery address before completing your purchase. After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email; contact us if anything is incorrect. Should your order via our payment options not go through technically, please contact us and we will help you further.
2.1 “Agreement” means these Terms of Use and Sale.
2.2 “Order” means any order placed by Customers on the Website.
2.3 “Annika Gustavsson Jewlery” means Annika Gustavsson Jewelry AB, org. no. 559045-5126, Box 2052, 621 56 Visby, which is the supplier of the products provided on the website .
2.4 “Customer” means the party who orders products on the Website.
To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
The customer is responsible for and ensures that the information provided is correct and up-to-date.
2.5 “Product(s)” means the products offered for sale on the Website and supplied by Annika Gustavsson Jewelry.

All goods remain the property of Annika Gustavsson Jewelry until full payment has been received by the company.
Annika Gustavsson Jewelry AB reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
3. Prices, payment and VAT
All payments are handled via secure payment solutions and encrypted connections.
For more detailed information and terms and conditions for each payment solution, please refer to the provider of each payment solution.
Within Sweden
Currency & VAT: All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT.
Payment methods: We accept card payments (Visa/Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay), Apple Pay, GooglePay, Swish and invoice or partial payment via Klarna.
Shipping costs: When purchasing in our webshop, you choose your own shipping option and any shipping costs are automatically added at checkout.
Within the EU
Currency & VAT: The price listed depends on the currency you have chosen and includes any VAT based on the country to which the product is to be delivered. VAT is charged at the rate applicable at the time of order.
Payment methods: We accept card payments (Visa/Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay), Apple Pay, GooglePay, Swish (Sweden) as well as invoice or partial payment via Klarna.
Shipping costs: When purchasing in our webshop, you choose your own shipping option and any shipping costs are automatically added at checkout.
Outside the EU
Currency & VAT: The price listed depends on the currency you have chosen. When ordering from countries outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes and other fees will be added depending on the country and product category.
We base our delivery terms on DAP (Delivery at place), which means that the buyer is responsible for any import duties, VAT and other fees when the goods arrive in the country.
Customs duties on diamonds and jewelry are often free or very low, but contact your local service authorities for questions about current costs.
Payment methods: We accept card payments (Visa/Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay), Apple Pay, GooglePay and in some countries we also offer invoice or partial payment via Klarna.
Shipping costs: When purchasing in our webshop, you choose your own shipping option and any shipping costs are automatically added at checkout.

Gift card
Gift cards in our webshop are purchased and paid for like other products and can only be used as a payment option in our webshop. (Not in stores in Visby, Gotland, Sweden). When purchasing with a gift card in our webshop, you can however choose the option Pick up in store.
Price changes
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price stated at the time of payment applies but we reserve the right to make any obvious price errors. In the latter case, you will be contacted before the order is processed to approve the correct price or cancel the purchase.
Any price changes do not affect orders already placed but only apply to future purchases.
Engagement & Wedding Rings - Size Changes
When purchasing engagement & wedding rings from us, one size adjustment per ring is included. The condition is valid within 3 months of receiving the ring and applies to both 18k red gold and 18k white gold.
Smooth rings
The free size change may be a maximum of 0.5 (half) size, regardless of whether it is an increase or decrease in size.
Rings with stone settings
The free size change may be a maximum of 0.25 (a quarter) size, regardless of whether it is an increase or decrease in size.
If the size change is more than this, we will charge a cost of SEK 1500 regardless of whether it means we need to produce a completely new ring or whether it is possible to make the adjustment on an existing ring.
If the size change means we have to produce a new ring, this may affect the delivery time for the adjustment.
The price for resizing applies to newly purchased rings and within 3 months. For other size adjustments on rings, please contact us for more price information.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We do our utmost to ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible, but always with a focus on quality and sustainability.
Within Sweden
Orders within Sweden are shipped with PostNord.
Delivery & Shipping Options

Registered letter (domestic registered mail). 115 SEK
Trackable and insured up to SEK 10,000. Delivery to a postal agent and signed for by the recipient with identification. A safe and secure shipping alternative.

Registered letter Extra (Reg. domestic Extra) 250 SEK
Trackable and insured up to SEK 25,000. Delivery to a postal agent and signed for by the recipient with identification. A safe and secure shipping alternative.

Value: SEK 500 (Free shipping for order values over SEK 25,000)
Partially traceable and insured up to SEK 50,000. The shipment will only be released upon receipt and presentation of valid identification, at one of PostNord's business centers or via rural mail carrier. Note! Not a postal agent. It must be signed for by the recipient or by an authorized representative.
An extra safe and secure shipping option for orders over 25,000 SEK. This option is not available as a shipping option in the webshop's checkout. If this shipping option is to be used, there must be written or verbal contact and agreement between the Customer and Annika Gustavsson Jewelry's customer service.

Postal letter (1st Class). 50 SEK
Trackable but not insured. Nordic Ecolabelled alternative with delivery to the recipient's mailbox. If the consignment note does not fit in the mailbox, it will be redirected to the nearest agent. (We have chosen to use the Additional Service “Mailbox Only” for this shipping option. This means that otherwise the package will be hung on the door if it does not fit in the mailbox, which we want to avoid for these types of products).

Pick up in store: Free of charge
When your order is ready, you will receive an email that it is ready for pickup. You can pick up your order at a time that suits you during the store's opening hours.
Tracking your package:
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number so you can follow your delivery via PostNord's App or website.
Return shipping:
When returning an order, the Customer is responsible for the return shipping unless otherwise agreed in dialogue with our customer service. Depending on the type of return and product, there are two options for return shipping. In the first instance, we choose the shipping option Rec. Return.

Delivery time:
Collections
Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2–4 working days for all shipping options, provided the item is in stock. Our goal is to pack your order within 1-2 working days of receiving your order. As we have our store and forge on Gotland, delivery times may be affected by transport to and from the island location.
Made-to-order items
Estimated delivery for custom-made items such as engagement and wedding rings is normally approximately 4-8 weeks depending on the type of ring.
Plain rings normally take about 4 weeks, while models with set gemstones can take up to 8 weeks depending on the choice of material and design. -
Delivery during peak season: During peak season (June, July, August), delivery may take slightly longer. This applies primarily to our made-to-order items.

Outside Sweden
Orders outside of Sweden are shipped with PostNord. PostNord cooperates with local postal operators in the recipient country.

Tracking your package:
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or text message with a unique tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery time :

Delivery time varies depending on the recipient country, but within the Nordic countries and Europe (EU) the normal delivery time is 2–6 working days for all shipping options, provided that the item is in stock.
Made-to-order items

Unclaimed packages
For packages that are not collected from the specified delivery location, a fee of SEK 249 will be charged. This corresponds to the costs of returning the package to us from PostNord.
The order is then handled as a return and the fee is deducted from the order amount.

Delayed or damaged deliveries
We reserve the right to any delays from our production and suppliers which are beyond our control.
If the outer packaging is damaged, do not accept the package or contact us or the postal service immediately.
If anything in the shipment is missing or damaged when you open the shipment, this must be reported to us as soon as possible.
Annika Gustavsson Jewelry will send a delivery confirmation to the email address you provided when you placed your order when we ship your order. If the package is lost during transport, you must notify our customer service within a reasonable time, and by that we mean as quickly as possible if you suspect a lost package.

5. Special orders
Special orders mean jewelry and rings outside our standard range. By standard range we mean products that are available for purchase on our website.
Options and adjustments that affect the original design mean that the product is considered a special order. The price of wedding rings and uniquely made jewelry may vary depending on the choice of material and design. For special orders, we will only start making the jewelry once you have approved the cost estimate and completed the purchase. Since the product has a personal touch, the right of withdrawal does not apply to special orders. The exception to the right of withdrawal applies according to Section 11 of the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59).
However, the right to complain also applies to special orders.
6. Product information and liability
Annika Gustavsson Jewelry is not responsible for delays or damages due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). Extenuating circumstances include, among others, government action or omission, new or amended legislation, labor market conflict, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident or other type of natural disaster. Force majeure includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, e.g. restrictions on indications, warning texts, sales bans, etc., abnormal decline in the market and if the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.
In the event of incorrect information or price, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
We also reserve the right to any final sales of goods in our range as well as changes to the range and have the right to remove goods from the range before a purchase has gone through.

Images: We try to depict our jewelry as accurately as possible, but color and shade differences may occur depending on screen and photo lighting.
Some gemstones may vary in color and shade as they are natural products. -
Reservation of errors: We reserve the right to make corrections to obvious pricing errors and other inaccuracies in product information. If a price clearly deviates from what is reasonable, we may adjust the price. In such cases, you will be contacted before the order is processed to approve the correct price or cancel the purchase.

Product error: We are responsible for original manufacturing defects, meaning that the defect existed before the time the Product was purchased or delivered.
The assessment of whether the product is considered to have an original defect is made by Annika Gustavsson Jewelry and if the faulty product has an original defect, it will be rectified by us at no cost to the customer within the time frame for the right of complaint.
Annika Gustavsson Jewelry has the primary right to offer repair or replacement if this can be done within a reasonable time and without any additional costs to the Customer.

7. Right of withdrawal, returns & complaints

Right of withdrawal: When you shop in our webshop, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal on products available in our webshop. The time is counted from the day you received the order.

By law, you as a customer have the right to a 14-day right of withdrawal, but we have chosen to extend the right of withdrawal to 30 days. -
Conditions for return: The right of withdrawal applies to unused products that are returned in their original new condition and original packaging. You have the right to handle the product to determine its characteristics and function, but if the product has been used more than necessary, a deduction may be made from the refund.
Please attach a receipt or other proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed and the amount will be deducted from the refund.

Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted. -
Refund: Once we have received and inspected the return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. If you have not received the money within 15 business days of the approved return, please contact us.
How to return: Always contact customer service via info@annikagustavsson.se before returning an item. We will then send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Engagement & Wedding Rings
The right of return does not apply if there has been a size change or adjustments that have otherwise affected the original design. -
Engraving: When choosing engraving, there is an additional cost of 1500 SEK to return your ring. Since engraving involves a personal touch, an engraved ring is actually excluded from the right of withdrawal, but we have chosen to offer the possibility of returning at a cost of 1500 SEK.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange for another piece of jewelry, please return the original item according to our returns procedures and place a new order.

Damage & Complaints: Check the item immediately upon receipt. If it is damaged or faulty, contact us immediately and we will send a new product or carry out a repair depending on the type of damage or fault.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you always have a 3-year right of complaint on all our products, including special orders. In the event of a complaint, we ask that you report it within a reasonable time to ensure smooth handling. 2 months from the time the defect is discovered is considered a reasonable time.
What is covered by the right of complaint?
Manufacturing and material defects: A clear production defect that has affected durability or appearance.
What is not covered by the right of complaint
Normal wear and tear: Scratches or other signs of normal use are not covered by the warranty.
Improper use: Damage caused by failure to follow the care instructions, or by negligence, is not covered by the warranty.
Accidents: Damage that occurs due to an accident, such as the jewelry breaking if you drop it, is not covered by the warranty.
Engagement & wedding
We offer a lifetime warranty on our engagement and wedding rings against manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, alterations made by another jeweler, accidents or improper handling.
For the warranty to be valid, the jewelry needs to be inspected and checked once a year after your purchase. For the first three years, the store will cover the cost of the inspection. After that, you will have to pay for it yourself. The warranty does not cover re-rhodium plating of white gold jewelry.
In the event of a complaint, we have the primary right to offer repair if this can be done within a reasonable time and without any additional costs for the Customer.
8. Dispute resolution
Complaints and comments regarding Annika Gustavsson Jewelry's services and products should be reported to our customer service info@annikagustavsson.se or telephone: +46730-60 60 77. In the event of a dispute, we also seek help from the industry organization Jewelry and Watches to ensure that we handle the matter according to industry standards.
If you are not satisfied with our handling of your matter, you can contact your local consumer advisor or the Swedish General Complaints Board (ARN) , Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. Telephone: 08-508 860 00
You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
We follow ARN's recommendations in the event of any dispute.
9. GDPR & COOKIES
Annika Gustavsson Jewelry needs to save and process personal data about you, such as name, address, email and telephone number. The purpose of such processing is to be able to provide the services you have requested from us. The legal basis for processing your personal data is the consent you have given when interacting with us (accepting our terms and conditions). Your data will be saved as long as there is relevance in the individual case and we have fulfilled our commitment.
We are committed to customer privacy and will not disclose confidential information to unauthorized parties. However, we may be required to disclose information to authorities if there is suspicion of a crime or if otherwise required by law.
The Customer has the right to request that incorrect information be corrected, blocked or deleted. The Customer may also, at any time, notify in writing that the Customer does not wish to receive direct marketing.
