We always do our utmost to help you find the right piece of jewelry for you, which may mean exchanging items, returns, etc. Here we have collected relevant information that applies to your purchase from us. The terms and conditions of purchase primarily apply to purchases via the web shop when you buy the jewelry unseen, for purchases in stores partially other rules apply, such as the right to return and open purchase. You can find that information instead on the receipt from the store.
We reserve the right for any text or image errors on the website, such as product description, price, stock status, etc. We always try to reproduce the jewelry as well as we can in all our images, but there can always be color differences due to resolution/monitor. If you are unsure - contact us and we will help you!
The buying process
When you have found the desired piece of jewelry in the webshop and proceed with the purchase, it is important that you check that information such as quantity, delivery address, etc. is correct. When the purchase is paid and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please read through to make sure it matches your order - if not, contact us directly and we'll make sure everything is right!
Prices & VAT
All our prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK). Prices always include VAT of 25%. You choose the desired shipping option yourself and any shipping costs are added automatically at checkout.
The price of wedding rings and handmade jewelry can vary. Therefore, see the stated price as an approximate price. The exact price is calculated when the design is ready, then we know how much gold is used and possibly the size of the gemstone and can calculate the price based on that. In the case of special orders, the right of cancellation and return is excluded.
Shipping & shipping costs
We ship all over the world, and choose the shipping option that is safest depending on the content, time frames and where in the world you as the recipient are. This means that the shipping cost can vary. When purchasing in our webshop with delivery within Sweden, you choose the desired shipping option yourself and any shipping costs are added automatically at checkout.
Normal delivery time for shipments within Sweden is 3-5 weekdays, provided that the item is in stock. If you want your order to be prioritized and want a faster delivery time, you can write this as a separate message in connection with the order
Right of withdrawal, return & complaint
When purchasing goods in the web shop, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal by law. The days are counted from when you received the item ordered. Contact us immediately if this is the case. Then send the product back in the same condition and in the same packaging as you received it and make sure you package it well. You are responsible for the return shipping yourself.

Exemption from the right of withdrawal
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to specially ordered goods. When you, as a consumer, place an order for a specially ordered product, you accept these terms and conditions and agree that we start manufacturing your product and that the right of withdrawal thereby disappears as this refers to a product that has been manufactured according to its wishes/instructions or that has otherwise received a clear personal touch.
We reserve the right for any printing errors on the website. We reserve the right to refuse incorrect orders.
